3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Upload photos of others without their consent.
- Upload explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and the significant computational costs associated with AI generation, all sales are final.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered ONLY in cases of technical failure where the service failed to generate an image after payment was successfully processed. In such cases, please contact support at toyme@toolivance.com with your receipt.
